FTC Compliance
Last updated: July 2026
Dr. Ray Wellness is committed to full compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Endorsement Guides and truth-in-advertising standards. This page explains how we approach testimonials, claims, and disclosures across drraywellness.com and related materials.
Testimonials & Endorsements
Patient testimonials that appear on this Site reflect the genuine, personal experiences of individuals. Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Testimonials are not paid, and no compensation was provided in exchange for a review or testimonial
- Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results for any other visitor
- Where a material connection exists (for example, a testimonial from a business partner, employee, or someone who received a free product or service in exchange for feedback), that connection will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed
Patient stories related to autoimmune conditions specifically are presented as composites, with names and identifying details changed to protect patient privacy. This is disclosed at the point those stories appear.
Nobel Prize Science Claims
We reference the 2025 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine (awarded for the discovery of regulatory T-cells and the FOXP3 gene) to explain the scientific basis of the FOXP3 Protocol™. This reference is a citation of independently awarded, published science — it is not a claim that the Nobel Committee or the individual laureates have reviewed, tested, or endorsed the FOXP3 Protocol™, FoodPharmacy™, or any product or service offered by Dr. Ray Wellness. See our full Medical Disclaimer for more detail.
Health & Wellness Claims
In accordance with FTC guidance on health claims, we avoid stating or implying that any product, program, or service offered by Dr. Ray Wellness can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Where we describe potential benefits of the FOXP3 Protocol™ or related nutritional guidance, we frame these as wellness support rather than medical treatment, consistent with the scope of chiropractic and functional nutrition practice under Pennsylvania law.
Advertising & Sponsored Content
If any content on this Site is sponsored, paid, or created in partnership with a third party, that relationship will be clearly disclosed at the point the content appears, consistent with FTC guidance on native advertising and material connections.
Pricing & Offers
Prices, discounts, and promotional offers displayed on this Site (such as consultation pricing) are accurate as of the time of publication and are subject to change. We do not use deceptive pricing practices such as false “regular price” comparisons.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe any content on this Site does not meet the standards described on this page, please contact us directly so we can review and address it.
